Member Roles

User permissions for the app, Project settings, and other resources can be managed by assigning roles. Below, you will find descriptions of each role and their permissions.

Enterprise Roles

Enterprise Owner - This role has full control over all enterprise settings as well as full control over all projects within the enterprise.  They can create and manage new projects and users.

Enterprise Manager - This role has control over the people within an enterprise or project and details of the projects and can create new projects but cannot manage enterprise settings like an enterprise owner

Enterprise Contributor - This role has control over projects within an enterprise. They cannot manage users within the enterprise.

Project Roles

Project Owner - This role has full control over their project and all associated elements.

Project Manager - This role has control over the people within the project but not the project itself.

Project Contributor - This role has the ability to create and edit content within the project

Project Associate - This role has view only access to the project.
