Types of Stakeholders

Stakeholders are the community your team interacts and collaborates with while using Impact Inside. We provide the tools to manage, organize, and communicate with the many types of stakeholders crucial to your Project.

Contacts

Contacts are individuals of interest to a carbon project that you have collected the information of to pursue further collaboration. They have no assignments, tasks, or responsibilities, and may simply want to receive updates on your Project.

When a contact is selected to respond to a survey question about the project they will get an opt in message and upon confirming they would like to participate in the survey they become a Respondent.

Respondents

An individual within a community that your carbon Project directly impacts, but has consented to further contact and involvement to provide specific information or routine feedback to a Field Agent conducting data collection or directly via SMS. They respond to Surveys via link send through SMS or their Field Agent, who records and manages their responses via the Impact Inside mobile application.

Respondents do not interface directly with the Impact Inside application. Respondents do directly interface with a weblink delivered by SMS.
