Clearing Cookies

How do I clear cookies from my browser?

Due to the Alpha testing stage of our application, occasionally you will have issues logging in or seeing outdated data. When this happens, clear cookies from your browser may resolve some of those issues. Please refer to the following steps based on your browser:

• Google Chrome: Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner, go to "More tools", then "Clear browsing data". Make sure to select "Cookies and other site data" and click on the "Clear data" button.
• Mozilla Firefox: Click on the three-line menu in the top right corner, go to "Options", then "Privacy & Security". Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click on the "Clear Data" button.
• Safari: Click on "Safari" in the top menu, then select "Preferences". Go to the "Privacy" tab and click on the "Manage Website Data" button. From there, you can choose to remove specific website data or remove all data.
